AGB

1. General

Digital image data is delivered in JPEG format in high resolution.

The photographer selects the images presented to the client for approval after the curation process.

All photos are fundamentally optimized in terms of color, contrast, brightness, and sharpness, preserving the natural appearance of the subject without manipulation of the image through the use of specific editing software (Photoshop).

The photographer reserves the right not to provide, under any circumstances, unedited files.

2. Fee, Payment, Retention of Title

The fee for the order corresponds to the total amount listed. By submitting this form, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due within 7 days in cash or by bank transfer. This deposit will be retained as a standard fee in the event of cancellation by the client without the possibility of rescheduling.

3. Copyrights, Usage Rights

The photographer holds the rights to the images produced during the photoshoot, granting the client usage for non-commercial purposes.

The photographer may use the resulting photographs for their own advertising until further notice. This includes, for example, publication on the photographer's website, Instagram, as well as in specialized magazines, flyers, and advertisements.

4. Additional Agreements

This agreement is subject to German law. There are no additional oral agreements; changes to the contract must be made in writing.

Severability Clause: If individual points of this agreement are null or invalid, the agreement as a whole remains unchanged. In such a case, it is considered that a valid replacement regulation has been agreed upon that most closely approximates the original meaning.

Conclusion of Contract

By signing this offer, it is considered a contract. The contract becomes effective upon deposit within 7 days. If this deposit is not received on time, the reserved date is released.
